Emotions are part of our lives, they make up what is called quality of life. When we want something specific, it is because we imagine having a certain emotion when we get that thing or achieve that goal. So it's mainly about emotions, about our inner world and not about the external world.
We live in turbulent times in which change is taking place. This change is happening all over the earth. Since 2020, this change has accelerated rapidly, but that was just the prelude, so to speak. Since January 20, 2024 (Pluto in Aquarius) and February 11, 2024 (extremely strong solar x flares), it has been clear: change is happening in the here and now and it is getting faster and stronger.
Such transformation processes are accompanied by changes internally and externally. However, we cannot change if we attribute all responsibility to the outside world. We are responsible for our own emotions. Our emotional bodies are shaken massivel - spin cycle. So there's no harm in learning a few self-regulation measures.
Empaths may be a little ahead of others here because they have always had to deal with high emotional waves. Now we can help others to shape their emotional world consciously and responsibly.
Why? Because change is unstoppable. Resisting change will only make it seem more confusing and intense. It is a shift in consciousness that leads to us recognizing who we really are and accepting our true greatness and potential. Of course we are responsible for this ourselves, but we have a lot of helpers.
Earth is finally waking up from the nightmare of millennia of manipulation. There is still shaking. Some people take longer to wake up from sleep. There are always things that we have not yet recognized. Things like that are coming to light now and that's a good thing.
We certainly don't want to be tossed back and forth by our emotions that are accompanied by global change. We should learn neither to suppress them nor to take them too seriously. Emotions are what they are. They just want to be “in motion”, felt and accepted. Emotions that we suppress or numb with substances (and behaviors) can cause physical manifestations and will need to be brought out by greater shaking (external events).
But that can be avoided. We have this in our own hands and can learn how to deal with our emotions.
When a pleasant emotion arises, we want to feel it, we want to perceive it and sense it. We can also perceive and feel so-called “negative” emotions without judging them. The judgement is the problem. If you know that emotions neither can nor want to harm us, but that they simply want to be acknowledged, you can train to observe them. Observation releases attachments and allows emotions to flow. In order to become “whole” again, we have to accept that we not only have positive things within us, but also negative things, which we can rebalance through equilibrium.
If we want to feel and perceive emotions, we have to be “in the body” and not “in the head” or "in the mind". The mind can only evaluate the emotions, the body feels them. Most of the time our minds are not very helpful when it comes to emotions because we cannot discuss them. emotions are. But the mind has all sorts of tricks up its sleeve to escape from emotions and distract us from feeling.
Most of the time the emotions are blamed on other people. However, this does not solve the “problem”. Others can be our triggers, but they cannot trigger our emotions or feel for us. That's impossible. With this attitude, the emotions are still stuck somewhere in the body, waiting to finally be released, to be felt. Only repressed emotions burst out. Balanced emotions that we perceive are in flux.
Exercise to start "Feeling Your Emotions"
This is how you get in touch with your emotions more quickly:
1.) Hold your hands on your body, preferably on your heart or stomach
2.) Breathe in and out deeply.
3.) Ask your body what emotion is that? Where does it come from? What does it want to tell you? Is it even your emotion? Is it an old emotion or is it appearing for the first time now?
Through these questions you automatically come into observation, which means you become an observer and are no longer a victim of your emotions, which only want you to feel into them.
The emotions are then no longer so "harsh", they have nothing to do with the emotions that you were so afraid of. It is simply a change of perspective from victim to observer - a detached feeling.
