“Energy is everything and everything is energy”
The entire universe is energy. Love is energy. Life is energetic.
Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

We are energy. In fact we are a stationary wave, because our physical body is vibrating in a “relatively” low frequency bandwidth - meaning we are very “dense” and this density also has to do with most of us ignoring the importance of energy. They usually think about electricity or solar energy when hearing the word “energy”.
Albert Einstein stated “Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another.” What he refers to is a fundamental principle in physics known as the law of conservation of energy. This means that energy can only be converted from one form to another, but the total amount of energy in a closed system remains constant.
The German physicist Dieter Broers believes that energy is the fundamental building block of the universe and that all living beings are connected through a universal energy field. He argues that by understanding and harnessing this energy, we can improve our physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Yet so many people refuse to accept that. Most people live in a dream where only the physical exists, the material world. From that place they do not want to admit that the things that they are experiencing are not the one and only truth in life.
Others can feel energy physically. It is not just highly sensitive people or empaths who can feel the energy of other people, the energy in a room or of the environment. Sometimes when we enter a room or an apartment where people have been fighting, we can sense the energy feeling weird or heavy. We don’t want to stay there for long.
We can also feel the opposite. When we enter a room where happy people are having fun or they’re just conversing about something in an understanding and compassionate way, we immediately feel energetically lifted and light. We maybe want to stay there for longer, because we feel appreciated.
Until now most people do not know about energy at all, some know that things like energy fields do exist, they have heard of chakras. But they probably do not consider this as a given truth.
When it comes to energy, vibration and frequency people very often want to enjoy the “good” stuff, but tend to neglect the downsides and energetic principles. it is not all about woowoo & hippie stuff. And it is certainly not about burning incense and chanting all the time.
There are some energy dynamics that are super important in relationships, in interactions with people and also in manifestation and creating our reality.
Here are some energetic truths that will help you to understand energy:
1.) We are living from the inside out and not from the outside in: What we are experiencing in our inner world is being reflected to us by the environment. For example, if we are having negative thoughts for a long time and we are beating ourselves up about a freckle, chances are that we are meeting people who are talking about our freckle, although we may have never seen those people before.
Yet most people don’t understand this, because it is much easier to complain about others and make them responsible for our feelings and our behavior. The downside of this is that we give our power away to other people behaving irresponsibly.
2.) Our environment influences our energy field as well: Let’s say we have had a very pleasant day at work and we want to go to the shops to buy some groceries for dinner, our happy mood can switch instantly into insecurity or grumpiness if the environment is hostile, and if we are not aware of our own energetical state.
There are also important energy dynamics that everyone who wants to attract a certain person in their life for a relationship:
Many clients I’ve met over the years in my life coaching practice are very sure that they want to be with a certain person they are chasing, because this person seems to be very elusive. The more they are chasing this person, the more this person, the male part mostly, is running away from them. Many women seem to believe that if they chase them for long enough, the man will eventually realize that they’re meant to be, which absolutely makes no sense at all, when we look at it from a distance.
Energy dynamics are super important when it comes to relationships. And they are not made to manipulate potential partners. Nobody wants to be manipulated into a relationship, that’s for sure. And neediness can be sensed by men very easily. Equally women tend not to be interested in men who chase them and behave too kind, needy or like people-pleasers.
Important energy dynamics when it comes to relationships are:
I.) "What you are chasing, pushing or hunting, is running away from you!"
Isn’t it normal to run away from something that chases you? It does not feel safe to be hunted, and it certainly does not feel attractive, if someone is after you with something threatening.
So, where is this dynamic coming from?
a) Women are often very impatient, they want to have immediate results, because they think they know that they want to be with that person. They very often don’t give men the chance to get on the same page.
b) Limiting self-beliefs and beliefs about relationships. Very often women don’t really feel deserving to be loved and accepted unconditionally. If they were, they knew that they do not have to push or convince someone to be loved. In fact this doesn’t work at all.
c) A past-life story that they had with a certain person: Maybe the woman and that “special” someone had a difficult past-life relationship together. It feels as if they had known each other for ages, from the moment they met. But it also feels as if this person is out of reach, difficult or hard to handle. These are so called karmic relationships where both act in a similar way that they used to in that past-life.
d) Childhood PTSD & the old story: In their past, many women have experienced emotional (or other) abuse in family. This created their “relationship story”. The beliefs and behaviors, the expectations and subconscious programming that come with the old story tend to dictate relationship dynamics in the present, when we do not become aware of it and begin to heal.
II.) "What you are avoiding, is following you!"
There are many things that we want to avoid. Let’s say we have some sort of phobia, maybe the phobia of speaking in front of other people. We then try to avoid to do that and become very inventive in making up excuses why we cannot speak in front of a group or class. The phobia makes us feel stuck and unfree.
The things we try to avoid or ignore in our lives may actually continue to affect us in some way, even if we don't realize it. It encourages us to confront our problems and challenges head-on, rather than trying to run away from them, as they may continue to affect us in different ways until we address them. In essence, the quote is a reminder to be proactive and take control of our lives, rather than letting our fears and insecurities control us.
III.) "What you set free, is coming back to you!"
Love is like a bird. It wants to be free, it wants to fly around and enjoy life. If we believe we have to put someone in chains, so we don’t lose them, we are completely on the wrong path.
Nobody wants chains around their wrists or ankles, nobody wants to sit in a golden cage only living a fraction of their life’s potential.
Hearts, people and birds want to be free. Or is it really love, when you feel the need to arrest someone?
When your heart is pure and you have a true connection to that person, you don’t force them to be with you. When you set them free, chances are much higher that they want to come back to you. With chains or in a cage, they cannot breathe, but as soon as they can breathe again, they want to be with a person who facilitates freedom of love.
IV.) "What you think, you become!"
“What you think, you become" is attributed to Buddha and has been interpreted in various ways. One interpretation is that our thoughts shape our actions, which in turn shape our character and ultimately determine our destiny. This means that if we think positively and have a clear vision of our goals, we are more likely to achieve them. On the other hand, if we have negative thoughts and doubts, we may sabotage ourselves and miss out on opportunities. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of our thoughts and strive to cultivate positive ones.
Lao Tzu, the great philosopher born in the 6th century b.c., put it that way: “Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny.”
V.) "What you believe and feel, becomes your reality!"
This energy dynamic suggests that our beliefs and emotions shape our perception of the world around us. This means that our thoughts and feelings can influence the way we interpret events and situations. If we believe in something strongly enough, it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Therefore, it's important to cultivate positive beliefs and emotions in order to create a positive reality for ourselves. By focusing on the good things in life and maintaining a positive mindset, we can attract more positive experiences into our lives.
it is because everything is energy, we can change it. If it wasn’t energy, then it would be much harder to change.
This is just an introduction to energy dynamics and to that what we call our reality. According to science research our reality is way more malleable than we thought and it all has to do with energy and quantum physics.
Here are some quotes that are influenced by Dr. Joe Dispenza, the great quantum physicist and author of the books “Becoming Supernatural”, “You are the Placebo” and “The Habit of Being Yourself”:

- "Energy is the currency of the universe. When you 'pay attention' to something, you buy that experience. So, when you allow your consciousness to focus on someone or something that annoys you, you feed it your energy, and it reciprocates the experience of being annoyed.
- "The quantum field responds not to what we want; it responds to who we are being. We must become the energy of what we desire in order to attract it into our lives."
- "Your thoughts are a subtle form of energy that shape and mold your reality. By directing your thoughts, you have the power to create your desired outcomes."
- "The quantum field is an invisible realm of energy and information that exists beyond the physical world. It is the source of all possibilities and potentialities, and when we tap into it, we can manifest our desires and create a new reality."
- "To truly change your life, you must change the energy you are emitting. This means letting go of old patterns, beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve you and replacing them with new thoughts, feelings, and intentions that align with the reality you want to create."
