Ist unser Herzchakra blockiert, dann können wir Liebe oft nicht zulassen, wir empfinden keine echte Selbstliebe oder können nicht richtig auf andere zugehen. Mitgefühl wird dann eher als Mitleid empfunden und es fällt uns schwer, anderen wirklich zu vertrauen.

Wenn man gerade keine Zeit für eine ausgiebige Meditation hat, dann ist diese kurze Herzchakra Aktivierung sehr hilfreich, um dich wieder in deine Mitte zu bringen.
